* Transfer from airport or station Location: Apartamento Letras is located in Barrio de las Letras, a minute away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace and 3 minutes away from Palacio de las Cortes, the museums Thyssen, Reina Sofía and Prado, the Castellana, Retiro Park, etc.
Payment Policy: An initial 15% non-refundable deposit and fee are required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or credit card (if this is the case a 4% commission will be added). Deposit: The client shall give his written authorization to charge to his credit card all possible breakage and damage, and ( if the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition) additional cleaning costs. The apartment will be checked upon departure. Within a period of 7 days, the owner shall be allowed to verify the condition of the apartment and the functioning of various fixtures, fittings and equipment. Check-in / out: * Arrivals after 20:00h will have an additional cost of 30 euro.
* Arrivals after 00:00h will have an additional cost of 50 euro.
* Departures between 7:00h - 9:00h will have an additional cost of 30 euro. Additional cleaning service: If the client wishes an additional cleaning during their stay in the apartment, the cost will 40 euro which includes a change of bed sheets and towels. If the client wishes a daily clean, the cost will be 15 euro per day. Internet: If the apartment does not include this service then the cost will be 60 euro for a month stay, 20 euro for a week stay and 3 euro for a day. Laundry Service: The cost will be the one the laundry service offers with an extra charge of 8 euro for pick up and delivery service. Babysitter, catering and car rental: The service will be booked through specialized businesses and these have fixed prices. Cradle rental: The cost of this service is 50 euro the entire stay. Transfer to/from airport or station: Minimum price 40 euro.
