Beautiful farming estate situated on the hills surrounding Florence. This property comprises 8 comfortable apartments divided into 2 groups set approx. 800 m from each other (apartments # 1, 2 and 8 are close the main farmhouse while the remaining units are in a second group of houses 800 m away). The first group of houses comprises apartments # 1, 2 and 8 and is closer to the farming while apartments # 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are in the second group of houses. All of the apartments are comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscan style and offer a private furnished outdoor area. The outside areas are very spacious and provide two swimming-pools. The owners of the property run the farming and produce an excellent Chianti wine, olive oil and meat products like ham, salami from a special pig (“Cinta Senese”) typical of the Tuscan area
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-kept road
Distances: Chiesanuova with food shops and a small trattoria is 300 m from the first group of houses and about 800 from the second group, San Casciano with all kinds of shops 5 km away, Florence 8 km away, Siena approx. 50 km, Pisa and Lucca 70 km away, Arezzo approx. 80 km away.
At guests’ disposal: shared garden, 2 swimming-pools (both 7 x 14 m – maximum depth 2,5 km, open from 01/05 to 30/09), bikes, barbecue. Shared laundry. All of the apartments provide a private furnished outdoor area, wi-fi internet connection, hair dryer and ironing facilities. Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Extra bed available on request at € 10,- / per day to be paid on site. Baby bed free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). On request it is possible to organize cooking classes, wine tasting and visits of the wine cellars of the estate.
