DEPOSIT:
A $250 refundable damage/security deposit by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover required with each stay of 7 days or less (ask about price for longer stays), required within 7 days of making your reservation. Your check/charge is cashed/charged when you reserve and refunded/credited after our home passes inspection upon your departure. Refunded by mail/credit within 14 days.

OTHER "STUFF":
*NO smoking, incense, or candles in our home, period. We are in high fire danger. Loss of entire damage/security deposit for violation.
*Grocery shopping. Send us your list and we can have your breakfast food in the fridge for you or an entirely stocked fridge & pantry from your list. (Subject to our schedule-ask.) $25 plus items.
*Ask about specialty shopping--Anniversary/Honeymoon packages, etc.
*Additional maid service $60, subject to availability--ask. (We do not include daily maid service.)

PAYMENT METHODS:
*Discover, Mastercard, Visa (our own merchant account since 1997)
*Personal Check (no second party checks) with enough time to clear.
*U.S. Postal Money order with enough time to clear.

Returned check charges apply if your check is returned.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
*$250 Refundable damage/security deposit to be paid by credit card at time of reservation.
*Signed Agreement (on our site) within 7 days of booking.
*1st payment (50% of total--in addition to damage/security deposit) due 60 days prior to rental period, or upon booking, whichever is earlier.
*2nd payment (remaining 50%) due 30 days prior to rental period. Your stay is not confirmed until deposit is cashed.
