Great Vacation Rental! Shawna H. from Haslett, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 We had three generations staying in this rental. Myself and my husband, my parents, and my two children. It was the perfect size to accommodate all 6 of us. The location is perfect, right next to the calm bay side of Mission Bay. Not as much traffic as you get on the ocean side, which we preferred so the kids could be out in the water and not worry too much about them. But it's close enough to the ocean side if you want the bigger waves (only a street over and through the houses). It was conveniently located close to Sea World, just a quick 5-10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends, and hope we are able to come back another time! |

I made an absolute perfect choice with the Bayliner for our July 2012 vacation. The house was very well taken care of and modern. It had all the ammenities of home. Entry, departure and internet instructions were very clear. The location is the most amazing part! Just steps for the bay, so peaceful...yet, close to shops and restaurants. We spent much of our time on the patio. The barbecue and kitchen both worked wonderfully for meal preperation. I would stay here again. |

It is quiet, but close enough to the excitement of Mission Beach and the Belmont Park area that all of the teenagers were happy. We were Literally steps from the clam waters of the bay and were treated to the nightly fireworks from Sea World. Given the added bonus of wonderful residents around us we would go back again and again. |

Our San Diego vacation on Mission Bay A guest from Helper, Utah recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2012 As indicated above we were very satisfied with your facility. The setting was beautiful on Mission Bay. We felt very confortable and safe.We would like to make a couple of recommendations. More bathroom towels would have been more convenient. We only had two wash cloths. This necessitated that we do laundry on a daily basis. The toaster in the kitchen did not work. This was inconvenient considering that we did breakfast each morning in the condo. Our other meals we ate out. However, we were very pleased with the facility and had a very enjoyable time in San Diego. Thank you. The weather was fantastic. |

Stayed for 6 days in May, 2012 We were in San Diego for the ITU San Diego triathlon and the location of the unit couldn't have been more perfect. Walked to race start in the morning and great location for some bay swim practices! The unit was exactly as pictured on the website. My only complaint was I was charged an extra 35 dollars for cleaning of the couch and the couch was in the same condition when I left as when I had arrived. We barely even used the couch and the stains were there on arrival. Not going to argue over $35 but they should think about putting in a leather couch especially in a vacation rental. Would definitely stay here again, the location can't be beat! |

The beds were very LOW down to floor making it difficult for older people to get up & out of bed. |
