The condo is very nicely furnished, with a king bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the livingroom as well for an additional two guests. The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee.
