Our vacation homes are located on the 7th and 8th floors of Torre Marsella located in the Porta del Sol Tourism Area west of the island of Puerto Rico in the municipality of Cabo Rojo. Since Torre Marsella is the only building in the area; all our homes have an uninterrupted view of the mountains, coconut palms, and the sandy beach.

Cleaning rate is $25.00

Weekly rate is equal to seven times the nightly rate.

Damage/Reservation deposit of $500 is required to reserve requested dates. Deposit will be returned after the apartment has been inspected.

An advance payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the rental rate is required six (60) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent.

The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Holiday rates and date periods may vary. Holidays may include Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter, President's Day, etc.
