Opened in January 2008, there we have two brand new apartments in floors 9 and 10 with an spectacular view of the beautiful lima's coast.

They are 2 bedrooms apartments, the main one has a Queen bed, a private bathroom and has a beautiful ocean view, the other has two full beds.

The apartments have a small study where you’ll find a futton coach that can be used as an additional bed for one or two more persons. One of the apartments has also a Sofa Bed at the Living room to accommodate another guest.

Dining and Living rooms are furnished to be very comfortable and cozy. All apartments count with prepaid phones (free incoming calls), Cable TV, DVD Players, Music equipments and High Speed 600 Wi-Fi Internet access.

Dining table has room for six persons but we provide silverware and utensils for 8 persons.

Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kitchen with oven, Microwave oven, large refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.

The apartments have two full bathrooms additional to the one in the main bedroom. At the laundry room you’ll find a washing machine, clothes dryer, water heater, iron, iron table and a place to hang your clothes.

Renting the apartment gives you the right to use the private parking space with remote control entrance door.

Great location in Miraflores, 7 blocks from Larco Mar (Oceanside mall). It is also at a walking distance from restaurants, art galleries, casinos, nightlife and Miraflores’ central park.

Also nearby: beach, banks, supermarket, currency exchange, main hotels, department stores, souvenir shops and archaeological ruin “Huaca Pucllana”.

If asked for in advance, we can also arrange pick up from the airport.
