Our two-bedroom, 1425 sq.ft. villa will serve well as your vacation comfort base. From this Waikoloa condo you can enjoy the very best of Hawaii. The condo comes with a well equipped kitchen, all linens and towels and most of what you'll need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, mats,boogie boards and coolers to keep the food and drink cold.

Our villa is a very clean non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets. Typical reservations require a minimum five night stay. A reservation deposit of 20% of he rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation.It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to check-in. The balance of your rental is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. A security deposit or credit card pre-authorization is required. There is an additional $15 per person, per day charge, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowable. A $100 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals. Hawaii State taxes are collected on rental charges. All fees are payable in US currency. All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change.
