Shipyard Plantation's Colonnade Club is the site of this designer decorated, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, and 2-bath, end unit villa, and only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.
The recently renovated kitchen has a large wrap-around breakfast bar/dining counter, with two barstools. The dining room has a round glass-topped table and four (4) heavy metal designer painted chairs.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling, comfortable overstuffed seating group, entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD and a large sliding glass door to the deck over looking a natural area.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and private master bath. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a connecting door to the hall bath.
