Luxury Plateau Condo - Condo Rental Listing Details

The condo includes a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, in which also includes a bathspace, a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and beautiful private backyard with patio furniture. The unit has two televisions with DVD players, a sound system, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer,air conditioning unit, telephone, cable internet, all linens and dishware.
The condo has a WC (toilet + sink) and a bath space (bathtub + sink) in the master bedroom.

Available for our guests:
Massage therapy $80 (A massage therapist will come to the condo)
Personal training $70 (In a gym facility two blocks away)

*The prices listed are based on accomodations for 2 occupants. Please note that there is a $15 fee per extra occupant (no charge for children under the age of 12)
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival. A $200 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be charged or paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless unit is re-rented. If reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior, rental fee less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers cheque, cash,travelers cheques.
2. PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee). Check in and check out times are flexible and can be discussed with owner.
