This recently built and uniquely designed row home is situated 5 blocks from the heart of The Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego. The Gaslamp District is the heart of fine dining and entertainment in our great city. The house is an ideal spot for a family, two couples, or simply friends traveling together who want to experience living like a "real" San Diegan .The house has its own private entryway off F Street and through the private garage. It is distributed over three levels. The entry way, one bedroom and bath, as well as the garage are located on the ground level. The kitchen, half bath, dining area and living room are on the second level. The third level contains a large sleeping loft and full bath.The house comfortably sleeps four adults. There is color cable TV, a stereo/CD player and a telephone. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed while the loft contains a California King. Both have built in closets. The living room has high ceilings with a 15 foot tall bay window overlooking F Street that floods the unit with light and air during the day. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, full stove and dishwasher.

1. The rental will not be confirmed until you have faxed or mailed to us a signed copy of the rental agreement and paid 50% of the rental. At that time, your reservation will be firm and you will receive a confirmation.
2. The remaining 50% payment is due two weeks before your reservation date.
3. Failure to comply with specific payment due dates can result in cancellation of booking.
4. We require 100% payment in advance for any booking made less than two weeks before your reservation date.
