CASA PAROTA is 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport - at La Puntilla, a new development of 19 luxury homes. La Puntilla is located on the Bay of Banderas (private beach front and park), between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, on the road to Punta de Mita. Casa Parota is 10 minutes from Sayulita and 20 minutes from San Francisco (also called San Pancho).
We can arrange for you to contact a neighbor, should you wish to rent a second home. CASA PAROTA is over 2,300 sq feet (and over 1,800 sq ft of stone patio around the pool) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the 4th bedroom has been changed into an office with telephone, fax, email, an answering machine, and additional sleeping (futon and/or queen size inflatable mattress).

CASA PAROTA has seating for 12 around 3 tables on the outside decks, and chaise lounges for 10 guests. There is a propane BBQ on the deck, near the pool.
CASA PAROTA has a “Pack N Play” crib, infant car seat, highchair, booster seat, lifejackets, children’s movies, books and games.
CASA PAROTA is in a gated and guarded community of 19 new luxury homes. Casa Parota, our house, is the largest house in the group - and has the largest pool and grounds (our lot is over 1/4 acre). Each house at La Puntilla has a private pool, and the community has a private beachfront and park.
CASA PAROTA has separate air conditioners in each bedroom and the office, with an additional air conditioning system in the living room/dining room/kitchen.
CASA PAROTA has 2 purified water systems in the kitchen and a 5 gallon chilled drinking water system in the laundry room. Replacement 5-gallon containers (garafons) can be obtained at the mini-supermarket at the entrance to La Puntilla for approx. $1.70 US (17 pesos).
CASA PAROTA comes with an American and Mexican property manager, pool man, housekeeper and gardener. The managers live nearby in La Cruz, and are easily accessible via phone from Casa Parota.
CASA PAROTA has 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, US (Seattle and Detroit feeds) & Canadian satellite TV, 170+ movies, book library and games.

CASA PAROTA seats 8 around the dining room table, and 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and gourmet cookware. Live TV feeds from Seattle and Detroit, Toronto and Vancouver, B.C.
CASA PAROTA has an extra large washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and hair dryers in each bathroom.
CASA PAROTA has numerous oriental rugs, oil paintings and indigenous works of art.
CASA PAROTA is not your typical rental - it is our home, which we rent out when not using it. In fact, it is very rare that you will find a house with a telephone, as owners are afraid of being stuck with long distance bills they are unable to collect. We appreciate that guests have been great - and treat the house and car with respect.
We forward a 65+-page booklet upon reservation regarding the area, best restaurants, best beaches, best place to exchange money, activities such as fishing and golf, swim with the dolphins, horseback riding, etc
