We have furnished and decorated the villa primarily for our personal use, so you will find it equiped with everything you need to make your stay a stylish and luxurious experience.

The property has an amazing master bedroom with an en-suite with free standing bath overlooking garden & pool as well as separate shower room. Direct access to balcony. The two other bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. The downstairs TV room doubles up as bedroom with access to the downstairs shower room.

It is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from the main beach and is also within easy walking distance of the Marina & the Industrial Centre.

The rental includes a cleaning service every other day as we wish to keep the villa in as pristine a condition as possible.

Due to open access to the pool, glass stairs & insecure balcony, this property is not really suitable for families with young children.

Electricity & water usage are not included in rental charge, a charge will be made upon departure for metered usage.
