The Apartment
The apartment Florian is situated in Piazza del Duomo in the heart of Florence’s historical centre, on the 4th floor of a prestigious XVI century palace that once belonged to the Ghiberti family, one of Florence’s most important historical families.
Spending time in our apartment is to be accompanied by the shadow of the magnificent dome of Brunelleschi, the grandeur of Giotto’s belltower and the splendour of Vasari’s frescos, in an unforgettable dream that Florence will dream with you and bring you great joy and an even greater desire to return.
The apartment directly face the Duomo, giving you the sensation that you could reach out and touch its magnificent green and white marble facade.
The apartment has been completely restored in Florentine style, but with all modern comforts.
Florian is a romantic and welcoming apartment comprising: a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (cm120x195), a small and fully-equipped kitchen with a balcony that offers a charming view of Florence, a bedroom with two single beds (cm85x200) that can be transformed into a double bed. A small entrance hall with a splendid view of the Duomo and a modern bathroom with shower.
All modern comforts are provided: air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave overn, american coffee, A/C, safe, telephone, security door and entry phone.

30% of the total amount, by transfer bank or postal order by 3 days from your request to confirm the apartment
BALANCE
at the moment of the handing over of the keys, in cash.
TERMINATION OF BOOKING / RESERVATION
The cancellation of the reservation will have to be communicated by e-mail / fax at least 30 days before the date of arrival, otherwise you will lose the advance payment. The advance will be given back by money transfer ( bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commissions.
DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
200€, on your arrival it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment)
CONDITIONS
Prices of your stay depend on the season, on the length of the stay.
Winter season: heating € 4,00 per day.
Electricity: € 0,30 per Kw/h.
Only the names quoted at the time of booking can reside in the flat. In the case of any name changes or additional guests, you are kindly requested to notify the owner in advance.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: check-in by appointment usually in the afternoon
Departure: check-out usually no later than 9.30/10.00am. (If you leave before 7.30 am nobody will be able to check the flat, so the check out it will be made the previous evening).
The reservation implies that the general information and conditions have been read and approved.
