Please note that a $250 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon no damage to the home or furnishings.
50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 45 day's prior to arriving.
Deposits will be returned if you cancel within 45 days of booked date .

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund If Notice Given By 60 Days;
Half Refund If Notice Given By 45 Days;
None If Less Than 30 Days(unless property can be rented for the period booked)

No pets without prior approval(No Cats).( additonal fee and security apply)
