The villa with a private pool and at 1000 fron the beach, very panoramic, in face to the Corse in a quite e very nice place.Near Olbia airport and port only 40 Km., at 40 km. there is Costa Smeralda.The villa is set in a small holiday village overlooking the Bay of Cala Pischina on the north coasts very rich of beaches of Sardinia.A restaurant and a pizzeria are within walking distance, and 1km away there are a news stand and a small supermarket. For bigger shops and restaurants of any kind, S.Teresa that is 7 km northbound , a vibrant village 7 km southbound. Olbia is the main city daily connected to the mainland thanks to its international port and airport (20 minute flight from Rome). World-famous "Emerald Coast," with Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo lie about 40 km away northbound. The white and sandy beach of Rena Majore enjoys the view of little isles near, islands which are to be discovered for their most lovely beaches and little bays, sometimes not bigger than 400 or 500 yards. You can easily reach them by boat, as a boat rental is available from the beach. If you enjoy lying on the beach you can rent umbrellas and couches and, without going back home, you can have lunch in one of the three beachfront restaurants and have a full day at sea. The house is finely and tastefully furnished with typical Sardinia linens and characteristic pieces of furniture. On the main floor there are a living room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and one single room with two beds, and two bathrooms plus a fully furnished terrace. There's a small Mediterranean garden too
