The villa has ample car parking and is accessed via a calcada stone path with ornate well managed gardens of palm, fig, banana and lemon trees surrounding the property. There is also a childrens play area with slide and swings.

Casa Maui is fully air conditioned and has three bedrooms, 1 double with en-suit and 2 twins all with fitted wardrobes and draw space. The two bright and modern bathrooms are fully fitted out, one with a jacuzzi bath and the other with censor control washbasin and walk in shower. A pull-out bed settee is is located in the lounge for the 7th and 8th persons.

The lounge with adjoining dining room has CD player, DVD and satalite TV [free view only], and furnished to very high standards. The patio doors lead onto the terraced pool area with outdoor dining table and quality loungers where you can relax and soak up the Algarve sun. At night the pool and garden areas light up creating a lovely serene atmosphere ideal for you to enjoy with a complementary bottle of Portugese wine.

Adjoining the dining area you enter the modern fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a seperate washroom which incorporates washer/dryer and a second fridge freezer. From here there is a barbeque area leading to the poolside terrace and steps up to the roof terrace with picturesque views of the sea and palm tree tops.

Carvoeiro is a beautiful family orientated resort located between Portimao and Albufeira, close to Lagoa. The small horseshoe beach has soft golden sand flanked by cliffs on both sides. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There are several beaches to choose from all with their own character, and many offer boat trips and water sport facilities.

As Casa Maui is close to all amenities car hire is not essential, however if you wish to explore other nearby towns, possibly Silves or Monchique, it is recommended.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of your enquiry, receipt of this seals your booking and the balance is payable approximately 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

The air conditioning also supplies heating and dehumidification. Due to extremely high electricity costs an extra charge of £35 per week is required for the use of this system. If required please include this charge with your booking, if it is not used it will be refunded.

A security deposit of £150 for breakages and damages is required, and will be refunded within 2 weeks after your return.

The villa will be available for your use from 2pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the last day. Changeover day is saturday during the peak season.
