A luxury detached Villa with a private pool giving stunning views over the Uzumlu plateau. The traditional Ottoman village of Uzumlu is a 2km walk away with many restaurants, bars, an excellent wine house, shops and a Friday market. It is in an elevated position with views of the nearby mountains and benefits from cool breezes even in mid-summer. The villa is an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children or for larger groups of friends.

From the entrance hall an arch leads into a fully equipped kitchen, another arch leads to a lounge with TV/DVD/CD and a wood-burning fire and a further archway leads to the seven seat dining room. A separate second lounge has a stereo sound system with iPod dock and a library of DVDs, CDs and games and there is Wi-Fi Internet throughout. All ground floor rooms access the outside veranda with another 6 seat dining area, gas and charcoal BBQs and a child protected private pool. Downstairs is a large Gym/Games Room with table tennis, darts, quoits, weights, a punch bag, a cross-trainer, surround sound theatre system and a Wii with 40 games. There is a bar area and a toilet/shower room and patio doors lead out to a secluded sun terrace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles (one en-suite) and a twin, each with private sun terraces and also a family bathroom. The second floor has a twin bedroom and a family bedroom (double and single bed and a cot) which has a hidden sun terrace and also a toilet/shower room. All rooms are air-conditioned and have stylish handmade local furniture and all double beds are king size.

1) The rental rates cover the whole villa with up to 13 people for 1 week and there are no extra charges
2) HM Forces, Emergency Services and groups of less than 8 people can stay outside the Peak Season and deduct 15%.
3) A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge.
4) Return airport transfers by car/minibus for ~£85 to £120.
5) Car and minibus hire is available at ~£160 & ~£370 per week.
6) A full cleaning service is provided weekly including linen & towel change, the frequency can be increased on request.
7) Our local English speaking agent is on call who can arrange tours etc. and help with any queries or medical problems.

A 25% booking deposit is required, with the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is paid with the balance and is returned within 7 days of your departure.

We have a 600 sq ft area for Active Games and Fitness Equipment. This includes table tennis, darts, quoits, punch bag, weights, a Wii and a cross trainer. There is also a toilet/shower room and a bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party! In addition there is Wi-Fi Internet throughout the villa.
