Welcome to Lochview Cove - An Active Family's Lakeside Retreat On Lake Okanagan in Kelowna, British Columbia.

SUMMER MONTHS: Lochview Cove rents as a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 ba home with two sofa sleepers in the media-games room. Sleeps 8 persons max.

NON SUMMER MONTHS: Lochview Cove rents as a 2 bedroom, 3 1/2 ba home with two new sofa sleepers in the media-games room - Sleeps 6 persons max.

Our exclusive, waterfront home on Lake Okanagan was built with two criteria - comfort and panoramic views.

Lochview Cove is in a wonderful location, only twelve minutes to the downtown waterfront, Casino, Stadium, Art Galleries, Theatre, Shopping and Restaurants. Yet you will feel secluded in the woodsy, lakeshore surroundings with a large private, lakeshore dock, dockhouse and electronic boat lift.

We are located in the heart of GOLF COUNTRY; short drives to dozens of WINERIES; and approximately one hour to THREE SKI MOUNTAINS. Only 23 minutes from the airport and about fifteen minutes by boat to the Lake Okanagan Resort. Boating, tubing, kayaking, sunning, water skiing and relaxing on the dock are only steps away.

SPACIOUS, ROOMY - SORT OF COZY ELEGANT.
The large, attractive foyer leads to a spacious living room with breath taking views and a custom, stone fireplace. Lochview Cove has a cheerful modern kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast nook overlooking the lake. On the main level is a large balcony overlooking the lake with plenty of seating and a barbeque. Great views throughout! The house is fully equipped for relaxing including two large screen TVs.

LAKESIDE
We offer our guests a large 2200 sq ft lakeshore dock with floating dock, gazebo, dock house and serene, panoramic views. Berth for up to a 20 ft. boat on a covered, electronic boat lift.
The dock house has a frig, microwave, composting toilet and other necessities.
Barbecue, kayaks, plenty of seating at the lakeshore.
About a two minute walk down to the lake along a private path from the house. Enjoy your own, private resort hide-a-way.

Sleep Well. And we mean it. Your night time comfort is as important as your day time comfort.

Lochview Cove has three bedrooms plus two new sofa sleepers in the media-games room. All bedrooms overlook the lake and have private access to the large, covered balcony. The media-games room has a wonderful kitchenette, can be locked off for privacy and has a full ensuite with shower and bathtub.

SLEEPS UP TO 8 PERSONS IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. Sleeping is in 3 Bedrooms and media-games room: 1Q and 1Twin; 1Q; 1 Dbl; and 1 single sofa sleeper and 1 double sofa sleeper in the media-games room.

SLEEPS 6 PERSONS MAX IN THE NON SUMMER MONTHS. Sleeping is in 2 Bedrooms and the media-games room: 1Q and 1 twin; 1 Q; 1 Single sofa sleeper and 1 double sofa sleeper in the media-games room.


The master guest suite is spacious with white wicker decor including a desk and chair, rocking chair, mirrored vanity, walk-in closet and ensuite.

The new media-games room has a flat screen TV, professional poker table with a reversible top, kitchenette with many amenities, two sofa sleepers, full ensuite and french doors leading to the large, covered, fully furnished balcony with a patio swing.

Plenty of movies, board games, poker chips and books.

- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed On Premises.
- No RVs or campers allowed.
- We do not rent to groups of singles under the ages of 30.
- We welcome Seniors - 65+. Receive a 10% discount in the non-summer months. Excludes holidays. 3 night minimum.

We do our best to allow flexible check in and check out times for our guests. Please discuss arrival and departure times with owners.

50% deposit required to confirm reservation.
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee of $125.00.
Security deposit of 350.00 CDN fully refundable.
Guests receive an information packet with lots of useful information, phone numbers, arrival and check in procedure. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement. Full receipts provided to all guests.
Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat. We rent the electronic boat lift per week with a written agreement. Guests must first send us the dimensions on their boat to ensure it fits the boat lift. The boat lift is easy to use. Instructions are sent with the Guest Information Guide upon receipt of payment in full.
