We are located in a quiet residential area, about 1100 metres from the sea front with a choice of many sandy beaches, fish tavernas, restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs. All amenities are within 5 minutes drive.
In Porto Rafti and the surrounding area you can swim, play tennis, take part in many water activities, play golf, horse ride, explore the area and hire a private boat for the day to cruise to many islands of your choice. Alternatively, from the ports of Lavrio, Rafina or the main port of Piraeus, you can take the ferry and visit many Greek islands. Porto Rafti is only 12 kilometers from Athens Airport and 38 kilometers from Athens itself, that makes it an ideal holiday destination combining the sun, the sea and sight-seeing including the historic Athens and easy day trips, either by car or public transport to Sounio with the impressive temple of Poseidon, the temple of Artemis in neighbouring Vravrona and to Marathon. The price is per week for the villa on a self-catering basis, for a maximum of 8 specified people all sleeping in beds and includes all bills of water, electricity and air-conditioning, bed linen and bath towels changed weekly. The rental price also includes the cleaning of the house for your arrival and a welcome pack of Greek goodies to start your holiday. Changeover day is flexible Discounts for longer stay - please enquire 'Short breaks' or 'long weekends' on request (minimum 3-4 nights), for those who would like to have a relaxing time by the sea, soak in the sun and/or visit Athens and the surounding antiquities: charged at 1/5 of the weekly rate per night. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
