The wraparound balcony faces due south and west over the gulf and it is open directly to the sky. So, you can get that great tan without even leaving the condominium, or just relax and enjoy the sound of the surf and seagulls. Dolphins often make a much welcomed guest appearance within yards of the beautiful, pure white-sand beaches!
The ocean views are west toward Navarre Beach, east toward Destin, due south directly over the gulf. Conveniently located near the elevator, even the entrance balcony and guest bedroom have views of Santa Rosa Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway to the north.

Built in 1997, this smaller oceanfront complex has only 44-units in the building. This lends itself to a more personal, less crowded, family atmosphere than those massive complexes with hundreds of the same old, cookie-cutter floor plans. None of those compressed "Tunnel vision" views of the gulf here, only truly expansive direct oceanfront views. And NO ROADS to cross to get to the beach, like some of those "Gulf view" or "Gulf side" units advertised.

This is located away from the traffic and crowds of downtown Destin, yet close enough for convenient access to the fine restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and water sports in the area. Santa Rosa boulevard terminates at a federal reserve one-third mile away, so traffic is more limited compared to Destin, but you can walk for miles on virtually untouched beaches.

With approximately 1350 square feet of luxury living space, this unit has an over-sized master bedroom with "California" king-sized bed, and a huge eight-foot by five-foot picture window directly overlooking the gulf of mexico's crystal-clear and turquoise waters. With its own bathroom and balcony door, this master allows for seclusion and privacy, yet has its own great views.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with bathroom and a roomy closet, and views of Santa Rosa Sound to the north. The open floor plan of the fully-equipped kitchen allows for beautiful views to the south and west toward Navarre Beach. Sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy your coffee with 20-mile shoreline views to the west. Both the master and guest bedrooms are carpeted wall to wall.

The living room/dining area has a full-height mirrored wall for beach views from any angle, new 32-inch television, and DVD/VCR player. This professionally-decorated condominium is tastefully furnished with tiled floors throughout the living/dining room, kitchen, and secluded entry. Queen-size, fold-out sofa and over-stuffed chair in the living room for those quiet reading times.

Deposit due within one week of booking, non-refundable if reservations cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date (60 days prior to monthly reservation arrival date); all renters must be over the age of 25. Guests must comply with terms and conditions of the owner's management policies and with the on site condominium regulations.
