Great house for our family, because of the three levels and people can isolate themselves, but we can also come together in mass. It is warm and comfortable, we especially like the wood fireplace that is on the middle level. Thanks so much for sharing your house with the Fletcher Clan. We hope that we can rent it every year. It is such a nice and clean large home with many modern and new furnishing. The kithcen is well equipped with all necessary items. There is a "living room" on each level ( tri-level) and there is plenty of bedding items. We are regularly renting vacation homes from THVR where Margie and Brenda is extremly helpful and professional.I got my questiones answered within a short period of time. I will keep coming back as much as I can.Thank you both!

This home definitely worked well for our family of 9 - six adults and 3 kids. We would have liked a queen bed upstairs. The air conditioner cooled the room it was in but the two upstairs bedrooms could have been cooler. Overall it worked great for us and we would stay there again. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table!

I absolutely love this place. The only thing I recommend is having a TV on the main floor. Mounted above the cabinet would be a great place. My dad is 88 and could not go upstairs or downstairs, so he was not able to watch tv. Otherwise.......I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

It was inconvenient that the recycle was not picked up on trash day. The can was full, so we had no where to put our recycle. My husband had to smash it down by jumping on it to make a small amount of room for our recycle material.

My group (3 families) had a really nice time. The property was great, fit all 13 of us and lent itself well to our adult/kid dynamic. The only negatives were the deck (could have been cleaner) and the heat/ventilation (it was hot and made the 3rd floor tough for sleeping/hanging out.

The home was pleasant but very outdated. There was a terrible odor when we arrived which was very unpleasant and lasted until the second day. The location is quite aways from the lake. It is within walking distance to town if you don't mind walking hills.

Overall the house was awesome for multi families. My only negative comment regarding cleanliness was that the place smelled (very bad) of mildew. Upon check in there was a mildewed wet towel in the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold so we were limited to opening windows to get the stink out. The only cure was spray Fabrese throughout the house. The house still had the mldew smell when we left.

The only things "wrong" with the property were the following:(1) The refrigerator was not defrosting properly(2) The bottom floor sliding door screen needs to be put back into its track(3) The main floor sliding door screen needs repairing (I think one of our guys put his foot through the bottom of the screen. I do not believe it was that way when I opened the cabin.)Otherwise it was a gret cabin. This was our fourth year renting this particular cabin and we look forward to renting it again next May.

What a great experience when we woke up to snow on our second day. Hill House 19 accommodated our large family and guests. It is very comfortable, sleep a lot of people, and with its three levels, everyone can find their spot for relaxing and socializing. We hope to book it for next year at this time.

The property manager was wonderful to deal with. The house was perfect for the amount of men who were able to attend our retreat. The locaiton was beautiful and relaxing. This was our fourth year in this house and we look forward to doing it again next year.

Great location with plenty of space. The kitchen is a little small with room for one or two people at a time. The downstairs room lacked a heater so you have to keep the door open to the large room next to the bedroom to benefit from the heater in there. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property and Twain Harte Vacation Rentals.

We had a group of 13 people stay at Hillhouse for the weekend and it was a really comfortable and enjoyable experience. We were able to cook our meals and have group times with ease. We were surprised at how large this cabin was and how many commodities there were! The pictures do not do it justice. It is huge, comfortable and very relaxing. Thank you very much,

Great cabin; well stocked; clean; good location; great deck! Chose a new location next year because we need more parking and different sleeping arrangements for our adult children. Found a unit with an inlaw separate unit so parents can hopefully get more sleep!! The Hill cabin is wonderful, especially for two families with lots of small children.

This is the second time we stayed at Hill house 19. We have a ladies retreat every other year. Both times we had a very comfortable stay. the house is lovely, and works out well for us. I did however forget to mention to Brenda at the relator office that the screen doors on the sliders were broken when we arived. the down stairs slider is not on the trac and upstairs the rubber seal is coming loose on the screen part. I am sure that we will choose this house again. the location is perfect and the house suits our needs well. Thanks for such a great weekend.

Our stay was rather short but we will come back and, if possible, rent this same cabin again. With the entertainment (TV's) on the bottom and top floors -- there's enough reason to just sit and read or watch the fire on the main level. Easy to get to and only a few blocks from town, the property is situated in an ideal location. We loved the stove as opposed to a fireplace as it was much more efficient at radiating heat. We all decided this cabin would be perfect for a small church youth group (up to 17 people) due to its split sleeping accommodations.Thanks for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful cabin.

We have now stayed in this house for two years with our two sons, daughters-in-law and their four children (2 each). We love the lake, the opportunities for golf and tennis, the miniature golf, Kennedy Meadows, going to a play at the Fallon House (this year it was the outstanding "South Pacific" and having a picnic at a winery in Murphys. Each year we add something (stopped in Jamestown for the first time and spent two days at the conclusion of our Twain Harte week in Yosemite).While we love the location, size, etc. of this house, we would consider a different house of the same size and similar accouterments and that was from Saturday - Saturday instead of Sunday through Saturday available for next year.

There were 8 of us who stayed at this house and we had the best time EVER! The house had everything we needed, including a ping-pong table, fireplace, nice kitchen, nice bedrooms, and ample parking. While having coffee on one of the two decks at breakfast we saw deer running around -- amazing. All of us live in big cities, and Twain Harte was the perfect getaway for all of us. Many fond memories from that weekend :)

The property was great. We were disappointed when the owners switched weeks and we were unable to re-book it. It is very disappointing not to be able to re-book a property that was a perfectly suited to our needs as this one! We are hopeful the one we were able to book for this coming summer will be as good as the last one.
