Summer rentals are weekly only in advance, Sunday to Sunday. Weekends during the summer are made only at the last minute. Prices include all taxes, fees, cleaning upon your departure, and bed and bath linens. To confirm a reservation we require one half of the rent and accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. There is a $75 cancellation fee and cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
