Studios or one to four-bedroom apartments perfectly located downtown Montreal. Being fully furnished and equipped all our units offer all the privacy and comfort you may desire.

Each unit has a private bathroom and a kitchenette, is fully furnished and equipped including internet connection, cable TV and telephone.

Rates vary to accommodate any budget on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Studios are for single or double occupancy, the larger units can accomodate up to 7 people.

RATES: + tax (16%) for daily and weekly rates. There is no tax on monthly rentals.

TOURIST INFORMATION: A map of downtown Montreal and a guide book will be given to you when you check in. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer your questions and give you good tips to enjoy your stay in Montreal.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: We will be happy to store your luggage should arrive before your apartment is ready or after the check out time.

BOOKING/DEPOSIT: In order to make a reservation, a credit card number (visa or MC) is required, no deposit. Payment is due upon arrival in cash, credit card or travellers' cheques.

CANCELLATION POLICY for reservations on a daily basis:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- one night before taxes will be charged upon cancellation of less than 3 days prior to arrival date,
- in addition, 1 night will be charged in case of a postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.

CANCELLATION POLICY for reservations on a weekly basis:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 15% of the weekly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date,
- 35% of the weekly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- the entire stay booked is payable even in case of postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.
