To guarantee your reservation, a $250.00 deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be e-mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance, plus the refundable security/key deposit (separate check) will be due three weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receiving the balance, complete instructions as to where to get your gate pass, the keys, directions, etc. will be e-mailed to you.Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
