Our unit is the second one back from the beach on the west side. The balcony and master bedroom window have a beautiful southwest view of the gulf. You are literally steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sand beach. BRAND NEW UPDATES FOR 2008. We have installed ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. The living room is newly redecorated with a 27-inch cable television, VCR, DVD, queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and wet bar. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW KITCHEN. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertop, sink, faucets and appliances and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home (New appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top range and microwave.) We also provide toaster, coffee maker, utensils, dishes with service for 12, utensils, etc. The bathrooms have new kitchen-height vanities, sink and faucets. Card table/chairs and TV trays provided for additional seating. The master bedroom has a newly decorated private bath, queen-size bed, and 13-inch cable television with VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a 13-inch cable television with VCR. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six people and has high speed wireless internet. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or change occupancy dates on a daily or weekly rental, a thirty (30) day notice prior to arrival must be given. If you cancel or change occupancy dates on a monthly rental, a ninety (90) day notice prior to arrival must be given. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit or rent, unless the unit is re-booked for the same rental period.
Deposits: $200 refundable security/damage deposit required within 5 days of reservation.
Other Fees: $65.00 cleaning fee.
Other Policies: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Full payment is due thirty (30) days before check-in.
