Villa Caribbean Dawn

Caribbean Dawn is set in ¾ acre of fruited gardens complete with housekeeper and gardener. The villa is situated in Mammee Bay Estate the exclusive gated resort with it's own private beach. The villa sleeps 6 – 8 people in over 4,000 sq.ft of accommodation. There are 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a modern fitted kitchen built by a local craftsman and has separate dining area. The spacious living and entertainment areas leave plenty of room for all to relax in. The master bedroom and the dining area lead out to a sunken courtyard garden. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with protective netting to the windows for your comfort. The garden is planted with mature fruit trees and tropical flowers. The lively town of Ocho Rios is 15 minutes away, nestled between is Dolphin Cove and the famous Dunns River Falls.

Villa Caribbean Dawn also has a large studio. The living/sleeping area is approximately 400 sq.ft. The Studio apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom. The studio can be opened onto the main dwelling space to give total accommodation of 4-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Notes:
The rates remain constant through the year and are based on minimum of 4 sharing this lovely villa. A 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking and the balance will be payable 6 week prior to departure. There is lots to see and do in this beautiful area along Jamaica's north coast.

Our villa comes with Nelly our family helper to take care of all the domestics. Nelly has her own space but does not live at the villa. Check in/out by arrangment. We will be happy to arrange Airport transfers at extra costs.
