This charming apartment is located very close the Place des Abbesses with its original Art Nouveau metro station. It is situated in rue Durantin. We are in the most charming area of the Montmartre quarter, with its village atmosphere coming from the 19th century, when this quarter was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets.
The area offers all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighbourhood like the picturesque fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic.
This 50 square meters wide apartment has been fully renovated in the Spring 2007. It is at fifth French floor of a walking-up typical Montmartre ancient building. It consists of small entry, dining room with American kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom.
The dining room has a dining area providing a 6 people table and ancient ceramic stove, and a fully equipped American kitchen (gaz fire cook top, cooker hood,dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and various kitchen furniture.
The living room provides a very comfortable sofa convertible for 2 people and 2 armchairs, fireplace and a desk, telephone, high-speed Internet connection and TV cable with main international chains.
The bedroom has a queen size double bed, a wide cupboard and minor furnishings.
The bathroom has shower, lavabo, WC.
The nearest Metro station is Abbesses (line 12).

1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only. 5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. 6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental. 7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
