Down town South Lake Tahoe Vacation home located within walking distance of the casinos, new ski gondola to Heavenly, shopping, restaurants and shuttles to numerous activites. Best central location in South Lake Tahoe, just one block from water and one block from casinos. Walk to private Stateline Homeowners Assoc. Beach as a guest in this home with big beach, play yard, restaurant and marina. Adjacent to beautiful Edgwood Golf Course on the water, this home features a nice fenced front and back yard with access to all Tahoe has to offer. We suggest no more than six adults and 2-4 children for comfort. Wonderful tile in kitchen, bathrooms and floors as well as oak touches with gas marble fireplace in living room, along with a garage. One very large bedroom has two queens, second large bedroom has a double and single bed and two queen futons by the fireplace in the living room. Master bedroom has double bed with private bath and jetted tub.

Full payment is due 30 days in prior to arrival by personal, business or cashiers check only payable to Tahoe Escapes. All holiday reservations due within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable. Full refund for all other reservations if cancelled at least 30 days prior, 1-29 days cancellations, non-refundable. All lakefront properties require a week stay in summer months.
A one time cleaning fee will be added to entire stay of $120.00.
