Tolovana Sands Unit #5 is a townhouse with upstairs kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stovetop (No Oven). It is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. The dining/living area adjacent to the kitchen has a nice table with chairs, a gas fireplace and small deck with gas BBQ. A sofa, overstuffed chair and TV with cable, VHS/DVD complete the room. There are two master bedrooms. The one on the second floor has a queen bed, full bath, TV with cable, gas fireplace and a small deck. The first floor master is handicap accessible including the bathroom and shower. It also has a queen bed, gas fireplace TV/VHS with cable and small deck. There is a third bedroom which is also downstairs that has a queen bed. Next door to this room is a full bath with Jacuzzi. Parking is available for two cars . The beach is only two blocks away.
