Downstairs enjoy the beautifully furnished oceanfront living room, dining area, kitchen, oceanfront bedroom, and another bedroom and bath. With a full kitchen, laundry room, microwave, central a/c, plus the outdoor pool, deck, and childrens pool, make this a unit you will reserve year after year. The building charges a non refundable parking fee of $25.00 per space due on arrival.
