It is equipped with full kitchen, 3 TVS, VCR, DVD, central a/c and more. Parking for 1 car, there is a non refundable $25.00 building registration fee due on arrival. (additional spaces may be available at $10/night or $50/week). There is also an exercise room available to tenants on site for a $5/day or $40.00/week charge (over age 18). Unit is non smoking, no pets please.
