It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVS, VCR, phone, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The building charges a non refundable $25 registration fee due on arrival. Optional is a usage fee for 1 extra vehicle (if available) and/or exercise room for $55. Unit is non smoking, no pets please.
