4200 sq ft of luxury! Pamper yourself when you stay in this beautifully furnished two storey 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located in the gated community of Villa Sol. Besides your own private pool, you will find everything you need in this spacious home for a memorable vacation, including a game room with pool table and play station, as well as 7 TVs throughout the house - one in each bedroom as well as one in the family room and one in the game room!

Complimentary hi-speed Internet access is provided and guests have the use of Villa Sol's many on-site amenities including club house with resort pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court and fishing.

Bedrooms: 2 king master suites, queen plus single bed, 2 twins, 2 twins.

3 night minimum stay required; 7 night minimum stay required if dates fall over Easter, Christmas or New Year.

POLICIES

1. A departure cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
2. Optional pool heating is available @ $25.00 per day (one week minimum). Pool heating is recommended November through April.
3. All rates are subject to 13% local sales and resort taxes.
4. A non-refundable $250.00 deposit (or 25% of total for stays of 4 or more weeks) together with signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm your dates. Reservation is not confirmed until your deposit and Rental Agreement are received.
5. Final payment, less the reservation deposit, is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Credit card details are held on file as a security deposit against any damages, breakages, inventory discrepancies, excess housekeeping or unauthorized telephone usage. No charges are made to the credit card as long as the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
6. Arrival instructions including directions and check-in details will be sent approx 4 weeks prior to arrival.
7. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.
8. Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is before 11am on day of departure.
9. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home is not allowed by the local Homeowners Association.
10. Please note that no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
1. 8 or more weeks prior to arrival - loss of reservation deposit.
2. Booking is subject to cancellation if final payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Within 8 weeks of arrival - no refund.
4. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your vacation.
