Villa is composed by upper floor 80 square meters -lower floor 50 square meters.From the entrance you get to the living room. Immediately on the left there is a pool table and on the right the dining room with fireplace.At the bottom of the dining room on the left there is the kitchen with fridge, oven and washing machine.At the end of the dining room on the left there's adoorway to the childs room and right after there's the other bedroom with double bed. On the same landing there's a little toilette with WC and shower.From there you can go downstairs to the others bedrooms(its not wet! Dont worry!).Right at the bottom of the stairs there is a huge bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.On the right there is the other bedroom with double bed and another empty bedroom where you could put two more single beds. In the outdoor there's a wonderful garden near the entrance and a private swimming pool behind the house.There is a big barbeque and a table with wooden chairs and deckchairs in resin.The swimming pool is 12x6mts and 1,5-2,6mts deep. It is a modern and confortable villa.

Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity billed by use eur 0,25 kwh
Eating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
