This very well furnished property is composed by a Trullo's complex and a nice cottage with a nice 8x4 mt swimming pool and stone paved courtyard to front of house.

Cottage is composed by a large living/dinning room together with a typical country stile kitchen, two bedrooms and three nice toilettes with shower there are also many typical alcoves and one single sofa-bed.

Beside' Trullo is composed by one double bedrooms and one little alcove with a single bed.

The external area is well equipped with outdoor furnitures and the nice swimming pool. This property is perfect for one-two families with children as all the area is picketed and so far from the nearest roads.

Due security law reason we will check-in only the guests who are in our booking-form and agreement.

Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement.

Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay.
Finally cleaning are mandatory EUR 50

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).

Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).

Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from EUR 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity is billed by use EUR 0,25 KW/h
Eating (if used) is billed separately.
