This apartment is located in Via Camillo de Lellis, in the suburban neighbourhood of Monteverde Vecchio area.
Monteverde is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rome, usually preferred by upper middle class Romans who want to live in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the centre. The popular Villa Pamphili (the ancient property of a rich Roman family, now a park open to all who want to have a little walk under the trees, play football on the grass or just enjoy an ice-cream) is barely a 15-minute walk away, as is Villa Sciarra, another well-known park.
This apartment is located in the characteristic Monteverde Vecchio only 15 minutes away by tram from Trastevere and the historical centre (Largo Argentina), to which it is linked by tram number 8 (the tram stop a 2-minute walk away from the apartment).This apartment is located on the 5th floor (lift unavailable!). It is incredibly bright and very comfortable, and has been arranged with great taste.
The apartment is composed by a great terrace with beautiful views, a living room with 2 double sofa beds, a chill-out veranda, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment includes digital/terrestrial TV (you can watch BBC news), flat screen '32 Samsung TV, a washing machine, AIR CONDITIONING (only in the bedroom and veranda), a microwave, a toaster, an iron, an ironing board, a DVD player, Sony Playstation 2, Wi-Fi high speed internet and a stereo player.
The size of the apartment is about 65 square metres, plus the terrace (12 square metres).

A security deposit of Euro 200 is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.Cancellation policy: The following penalties will be applied for cancellation or date changes: Up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival date 20% of the total
amount for the stay.
From 19 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date 30% of the total
amount for the stay.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date 50% of the total
amount for the stay. If you do not show up and do not inform me, then the whole amount of
the booking will have to be paid. If the booking is cancelled by me, I will take care to inform you
immediately of the fact and propose alternative accommodation for you
of equal or higher level. Should you decide not to accept my proposal and where it is not possible for me to provide alternative accommodation to suit your requirements, you will be refunded of the entire advance payment. Check-in: Check-in Monday to Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. is free of
charge, except on Italian public holidays. What is not included:
- additional 20 Euro for check-in from 08.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Monday
to Saturday;
- additional 50 Euro for check-in from 10.00 p.m. to 01.30 a.m. Monday
to Sunday;
- additional 20 Euro for check-in on Sunday and on Italian public
holidays till 10.00 p.m.; You will be welcomed in the apartment either by myself or by a
representative. You will have to present a valid ID card or passport
(you will also have to have a valid document of every other occupant
as well) in order to be registered in accordance to Italian law.
