While the online and telephone reservation and registration was well done, we were surprised that no-one contacted us during our stay to check on things. We were also a bit confused about the check out process because we initially had no idea where to find your "drop box". No-one answered my phone call but we did find the box when we left Kiawah Resort.

Property Manager Response:
We tried to call quite a few times during the stay to check on the renters and to make sure everything was satisfactory. We were unsuccessful in reaching anyone at the villa and did not have a cell phone number to try. We are not in the office on Sunday's so the message that was left between Saturday night and Sunday morning requesting information about the location of the key drop was not received until 10 am Sunday. I tried to call as soon as the message was received but, once again, only had the phone number to the villa to try and there was no answer. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you and sincerely hope you enjoyed your stay.

Very pleased with our stay! I did leave our Baby book in the unit; we are willing to pay a finders fee to the person who finds it ($20)... it is extremely important to us!

We loved the updated appearence of this unit. Very nicely decorated. The only downside was the bedroom wall was next to the stairs with the next door unit. There were people coming and going and it was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep.

I always use this group when I come to Kaiwah. The property we stayed in was in excellent overall shape. Great back porch with beautiful lagoon views, surrounded by huge trees. Very close to the beach and tennis courts. All new appliances and interior looked super. I would highly recommend this property and in this unit again.

Needed to have a few loose items fixed from the renovation and the sleeper sofa is not comfortable. Over all a great unit with modern luxury finishes if you are looking for something off the ocean with a nice lagoon and alligator view.
