If you have a large family reunion or corporate group, all 3-Casas can be reserved together to sleep up to 36 guests in 12 separate sleeping areas and 12 full baths. These homes are an easy level 5-block stroll to the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with is large sandy surfing beach and wharf with lots of restaurants and unique shops. Only a 3-min walk to the Santa Cruz Downtown Pacific Garden Mall with its several theaters, unique shops, nightclubs, dancing & live entertainment clubs, and of course, lots of great restaurants. On the way to the Boardwalk you will pass the brand-new large Skateboard Park on the River. The San Lorenzo River also has a nice walk along it for another fun & free activity. The 1st or Ground floor has a double-car garage on the same level as a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a comfortable Dining area that seats up to 12. There is also a full bath on this level. The 2nd floor has 2-bedrooms with either 2-Extra long Twin beds or they can be combined to be full Kings. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The 3rd floor has 1 more Bedroom with either 2-Extra long Twin beds or they can be combined to be full Kings & full Bath and the Living Room. The Living Room has 2-Queen Innerspring Futon Sofas and there are 2-Rollaway Twin beds that can be put wherever the guests want to sleep. On this top floor there are two decks - one with a hot tub, the other with a multi-gaming table that has 8-different games including pool, air hockey, and other fun amusements for both young and old. There is also a gas BBQ on this deck. If you have a group that rents 2 or 3 of these Casas there is a shady picnic area on the ground floor with 3 picnic tables for group get-togethers, pot-lucks or meetings.
