There is also a separate Living Room for those who want to visit quietly and there is a twin trundle bed available to sleep in this room also. The huge kitchen features a magnificent marble island with 3-stools for friends to sit while talking to those doing the cooking. There is a large dining table that can seat 8+ The back yard has several conversational areas, a large Hot Springs Hot Tub and a hot & cold water outdoor shower. The Estate is just 1-block to the Harbor, and a 2-block walk to the large & sandy Harbor Beach with its Bonfire rings & Volleyball nets. You will enjoy great restaurants within an easy stroll, both towards the ocean and the harbor. There is also a fun 5-min walk or quick bike ride to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, over the Harbor Bridge and down the locals path by the San Lorenzo River.
