Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 First I would like to say this is a very nice condo and I would definitely consider staying here again. Well decorated, great appliances, and well maintained. What I was disappointed in was the TV, it is very small and with TV prices these days it is a small investment. Next would be the pillows, they were very stiff and seemed very cheap. Another weird short cut for such a nice place. I had a half Ironman race in the morning and I was afraid I was going to wake up with a stiff neck. The last issue was probably just me being used to staying in hotels and not rentals but there were no paper towels or any kind of soap or shampoo for taking a shower. Again, very nice place and these are small complaints, just expected a little more for price. |

Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 Property is conveniently located on the Seawall with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. We cooked in the kitchen 2 nights and were able to find all we needed in the way of utensils. Need to add coffee mugs and wine glasses as there are only 2 of each right now. One chair on the balcony was broken so there are only 2 that are usable. The layout of the condo is very good for 2 couples with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It would be cramped with more than 4 people. I would definitely stay here again. The property management company was extremely easy to work with and provided us with early checkin and late check out which was greatly appreciated. Also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the property. Great for beach towels! Overall this is a nice property and we all enjoyed ourselves for the weekend. |

Other than this it was a great stay. The kiddy pool is very nice and great for young kids. You need to drive to the beach but otherwise location is perfect.
