The living room and kitchen are open to each other with a dining area and bar seating, and also open to the deck, outdoor dining and hot tub. Off a short hall, there are three bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and opens to the deck. Downstairs, there is a game room, which opens to the fenced rear yard and river access, and a half bath. Beyond the fenced yard, there's a flat, grassy area and path to the river. House is ~2200sf.
