•A reservation fee is required in order to secure the bookings payable on reservation, this is deductible from rental.
•The balance for Weekly or Monthly rental must be paid one week before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
•If the full payment is not received on time the booking will be treated as cancelled
•The reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking

•Payable in advance prior to letting
•The security deposit is fully refundable on departure after property inspection for weekly rental and settlement of all utilities charges of monthly rentals

The cost of damages will be deducted from the Security deposit
