This charming house is situated in Rue Vaneau, in the 7th district, between the fancy Saint-Germain des Près and lively Montparnasse neighbourhoods, near Les invalides and Jardin du Luxembourg, close the Rue Sèvres, well known because of many fashionable clothes boutiques and Le Bon Marché, the most luxurious department stores in Paris.
The entry is through a private flourished courtyard. Coming into the apartment we have an elegant veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room, there is a bedroom, on the other side a study/bedroom.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a wide wall closet, minor furniture, and its private bathroom including shower/tub, sink and toilette. The study has a desk, TV cable, high-speed Internet connection, and an elegant sofa, which can be converted in two comfortable single beds; also the study has its own bathroom (shower cabin and sink) and a separate room for the toilette.
In other words two couple can stay in the apartment, each with its room and its own bathroom.
The apartment offers also a fully equipped kitchen provides 4 gas fire cook top, traditional oven and dishwasher, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, microwave.
The nearest Metro stations are Vaneau (line 10), Sévres-Babylone (lines 10, 12) and Saint François Xavier (line 13).

1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT and REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
The balance and the refundable security deposit must be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, by credit card.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.

The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.
As the balance and the security deposit has to be paid at latest 4 days before the arrival date, should be the balance and the security deposit already paid at the moment of cancellation, the balance and the security deposit will be refunded in full. The booking deposit only may be deducted just in case of cancellation (see above)

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
