Sequestered among mature trees and set back on a large lot this 2 story duplex has a feeling reminiscent of New Orleans.

Conveniently located just minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood Blvd, Griffith Park and LA Zoo. Close to Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Toluca Lake, and Hollywood Hills.
15 minutes over to West Hollywood and Melrose Blvd, Beverly Hills, and on to Santa Monica and the beaches.
20 minutes to downtown LA and another 20 minutes on to Disneyland.

Located on a quiet residential street in a safe family neighborhood, access to freeways and the metro-rail is only a few blocks away. This ground floor apartment, (no stairs), is available for short or long term stays. A cosy home away from home tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need.

There is a kingsize bed in the bedroom with a full bath attached, (tub and shower), and a double sleeper sofa in the living room with a 3/4 bath attached, (shower only), a fully equipped newly remodelled kitchen, and an office area off the bedroom where we can put additional single rollaway beds or a pack and play crib for infants.
The living room opens through french doors to a private fenced and landcaped yard with patio furniture, a bubbling fountain and gas BBQ.

Amenities include wireless Internet, satellite TV in both the bedroom and living room, telephones with answering machine, (all calls within the US are included), off street parking for 2 cars.

Rates are (double occupancy). Additional guests are $15/night each.
There is no charge for children 2 or under.
Lodging taxes apply on all stays of 31 days or less.
Cleaning fee of $90, plus $5 per additional guest.
Pets are an additional $25 cleaning fee each.
3 night minimum unless we have 2 open nights between other reservations.
1 week minimum required for major holidays.
