This beautiful Santa Fe Vacation home is located close to the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath vacation condo offers comfort and convenience. Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace or out on the back patio. The living room offers a fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a IPod connection for your listening pleasure as well as a newly installed AC for warm summer days. Adjacent to the living room and the dining area is the spacious and well equipped kitchen with new granite counters and adjoining laundry area and powder room. For privacy head upstairs to the master bedroom which has a king bed, a flat screen tv, DVD player, and a bird's eye view of the living room below. The two guest bedrooms are down the hall. One room offers a queen bed and the other a trundle bed with two twins. There is an additional bathroom in the hall complete with a jacuzzi tub. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 * Had some issues with: 1) A garage shelf that fell on me (nobody hurt but revealing poor anchoring of the shelf) 2) A dishwasher that didn't drain, leaving smelling/ stagnant water 3) An episode of a toilet being clogged and the home supplied plungers didn't work - having to purchase a real one at the local WalMart* Otherwise, location and general maintenance of the property were reasonable. This is among the most comfortable we've stayed in. The master bedroom is especially attractive --- closet large enough to use as dressing area if you wish, and you can look out over the main living area below or close a sliding "window" for privacy and quiet. The trundle beds in the one guest room worked quite well for two teen-age girls. This home has the best equipped kitchen we've seen in a rental in Santa Fe. I'm already missing morning coffee on the small patio. Note that all bedrooms are reached by a flight of stairs, and one must be aware of a step inside the front door. |
