Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Close proximity to the Plaza as well as the Santa Fe ski area, this newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2 BR/2BA condo has wireless internet access, air conditioning, and on-site indoor pool & hot tub. Living room has leather sleeper sofa, kiva Fireplace, and flat panel tv with Direct TV ultimate package - lots of sports and all the movie channels plus NFL Sunday Ticket as well as Direct TV On Demand, access to You Tube videos, DoublePlay, ScoreGuide and many more features. The first floor TV has DVR. Recorded shows can be viewed in any room. Condo has fully equipped kitchen with new custom cabinets, center island with tile, recessed lighting, pendant lights, and new stainless steel appliances. 1/2 bath downstairs and 2 baths upstairs have been remodeled with new tile counters and floors, Mexican tile bowls and skylights. The king master suite is light & bright, TV, full master bath & also a balcony. Down the hall is the Queen size guest bedroom with guest bath right across the hall. This bedroom also has a balcony. Downstairs has comfortable furnishings including a sofa sleeper, TV, Stereo/CD, & Wireless Internet access. Washer and Dryer. This property is very comfortable and is perfect for families. There is an indoor pool and hot tub in the compound as well as laundry facilities for your convenience. This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets allowed property. Pool & hot tub subject to availability.

The pool and hot tub closes at 7 pm....we would have used the hot tub between 7 and 10 at night if it had been available. No view in #85. |

It had everything we needed, including wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, and clothes washer/dryer. The place was spotless and the management checked with us to make sure everything was okay after we got situated. The location wasn't as convenient for walking to the plaza area as we had hoped, because it was an uphill walk to get back and we are no spring chickens :) However, we hope to come back again and will definitely rent from Kokopelli. |
