NOT a Luxury Rental A guest from Woodbury, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 134 days in November, 2012 We were long-term renters, disappointed in the quality of the property. It is like a time-machine back to the early 1990's - all appliances are older models, including big-screen tube TVs. Nothing in the house has been upgraded for 20 years, and by definition, that is not luxury.We expressed our concerns about issues to the management company - propety's appliances, ameneties, etc - and most egregiously, the quality of cable and internet services. Management company thanked us for the feedback and said they would let the owner know.We are "experienced" renters (having rented homes several times a year for more than 10 years)and have never felt that our multi-thousand rental fee required us to be the Quality Assurance reviewers for the benefit of the next renter.Our advice: If you have specific requirements (like maybe being able to watch TV every night or access the internet on a regular basis or make a meat loaf in a loaf pan) then be sure to inquire whether you will have what you need. |

Responsive and unflappable. Keep her happy!bfore we arive on July31 2013, I would like to see:All lights and light bulbs working.The dining room lights go off and on on their own schedule. A loose wire?capet in hallway and on steps cleaned. That rug color picks up the Santa fe dust!Check that all TV s and cable systems are workingThe WI-FI system went out almost every day, and once I found the router, I could rebbot it, but something is wrong!Overall, we love the house, its location, and the amenities. Stayed for 30 days in July, 2009 - Marilyn was very helpful during the rental process and we would use her again. We were surprised that no contact was made during our visit from her. Think the merger got in the way. A contact from anyone from Kokopelli would have been a nice touch.-Great layout and comfortable house. Could use more love and care in the form of fresh paint, clean carpet, and a completely furnished kitchen. Front door was off kilter as well. -trees need to be trimmed or removed - view is obscured.-cleaning was adequate but showers needed scrubbing; cobwebs everywhere, dirty closets. |
