Decorated in southwest style with antiques and original artwork, this is an ideal, relaxing getaway. The backdoor opens onto a lovely, spacious garden with a walled in flagstone patio for total privacy. This home has unlimited long distance for phone service.

Hated to Leave the Palace Ave. Casita! A guest from Ojai, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 33 days in December, 2012 I rented the Palace Ave. Casita for a month over the Christmas holidays, and could not have been happier. The casita is situated between the main plaza and Canyon Road making it an ideal location. The casita itself was lovely and the owners have equipped it with attention to detail and the comfort of their guests.The Property Management staff were easy to work with during the rental experience as well as after I arrived. All in all, my Santa Fe experience was a positive one! |

Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 Very displeased with the heating system; when set at recommended temp., it never got above 60 degrees! The portable heater didn't work well either.I also feel that the fees charged were excessive - non-refundable damage charge (no damage done), administrative fee, cleaning fee of $120!!, pet fees - these just about doubled the rental cost. |

Casita isn't air conditioned so afternoons were a little stuffy, but cooled off in the evenings. The shower was dark and the hot water pressure was low. It does not work properly. When it is set at 68 the thermometer reads 80 in the casita. Once we figured that out and set it lower everything was fine. |
