We Shall Return to Las Campanas A guest from College Station, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 Fantastic property, great set-up, primo kitchen, and an all-around amazing place for families and other groups. Vistas were spectacular and the night sky was a major attraction. The quiet and lack of traffic more than made up for the 11 miles or so one needs to travel to get to Santa Fe proper. The one suggestion I would make is to install a toaster in the kitchen. The toaster oven requires constant surveillance as it is quite effective at setting organic materials (e.g. bread) on fire. But, loved the stay, and we will be back. |

The kitchen was generous in size and well stocked for any gourmet cook. The home had a wonderful floorplan allowing multiple families the privacy they desire. The bedrooms were generous in size as were the bathrooms and closet space. The panaramic views were unbelievable of the mountains. The common rooms were comfortable in size. Spectacular Home A guest from Grassy Key, Florida recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 The home is lovely. However, there were food crumbs and small toys under the cushions on the couches, cigarette butts in the backyard. (You need to change your cleaning company). We never did find an owners manual on how to run things in the house. The tv in the den made a constant hissing and volume never went very high. We had a difficult time getting the jacuzzi tub to turn off. These are things that can be improved and then the place would be 5 stars. |

Heat was not working properly A guest from Laredo, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2010 I called Marcia at the Kokopelli office in Santa Fe on December 28 to tell her about the temperature going down in most of the rooms (63 was the higher even we set them at 70), she told me to wait to see if they were up, or she has to call de owner. She told me was very busy, she told me she was by herself in the office. On the 31 I called her again and leave a message, but she did not call me back, the temperature were going down to 58, on the first of January we called the 800 number and we have a tecnitian worker, he was very nice, he set the water heat higher or something like that and the temperature recover considerably. My mom 70 and a nice 4 have to move to a hotel for 3 days. The house is very nice, my husband an I paid over $4000 for the week and I am not pleased because the heat was not working.Thanks Martha Garza |
